Why Many Employers Aren’t Mobile and What Is Needed to Get Started

But why are so many still lagging behind? Studies have found that 80 percent of businesses don’t have mobile-optimised career sites and a staggering 25 percent of JobSeekers will not apply for a job if the company’s career site is not mobile optimised. 29 percent of Australia’s top 100 employers drastically reduce their candidate pool by half because their career site is not compatible with iOS devices, such as iPads and iPhones.

Why many employers aren’t mobile?
